The Little Mermaid Lawn Fawn

The Little Mermaid meets Lawn Fawn!  I wanted to create lots of movement in this piece -just like the song.  The bkg is done with Crayola Markers (they make nice watercolour!).  I used the Keep on Swimming, Winter Sparrows, Mermaid For You lawn fawn stamp sets.  The sentiment is a gift from Lawn Fawn when I made an order.  Coloured with ProMarkers.  The rectangle die is SSS and the banner die is Lawn Fawn's Fancy Wavy Banners.

Lawn Fawn and GelWriter V-Day Card

I made this card for my Dad for V-Day.  He really liked it.  Said it reminded him of an olympic gold medal.  All the stamped images are from Lawn Fawn.  Golden gel pens x2 are from GelWriter.  We've really been enjoying watching the olympics.  Canada is doing quite well.  I believe the pairs figure skating are on tonight.  Another medal...?  #gelwriter  #lawnfawn #thelittlemennonite

Jolly Holidays

I discovered some get well foamies in my stash so I made this card.  The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn and the ink is from Distress ink pads and markers.  There is also a little GelWriter gel pen in there.  I designed the road myself.

I think this is my best Christmas card so far.  The stamps are from three Lawn Fawn sets.  The "jolly" is from my Cameo.  I used the negative space to put down embossing powder and heat set it with gold embossing powder on top.  I coloured the seal with Crayola markers and added stickles for detail on the snowflakes.  Hope you have a jolly holiday!  :)

Christmas Card Day

I made this card for the Lawn Fawnatics challenge.  All the stamps and pattered paper are from Lawn Fawn.  I photographed this in direct sunlight (because that is all there was).. I'll try and take another photo without shadows but its the holiday season and I am busy and behind...

Lawn Fawn's Critters in the Arctic

The moose and sentiment are from Lawn Fawn's Critters in the Arctic, the trees are from Lawn Fawn's Critters in the Forest.  The "love" cut out is from my Cameo.  The bkg (including the hearts) is done with distress inks and the trees have white paint and shimmer (Perfect Pearls) added to them.

i pine for you

Thanks Lawn Fawn!

Critters in the Forest is my oldest Lawn Fawn set.  I used Peacock Feathers, Blueprint Sketch and Chipped Sapphire for the sky with water droplets and white paint splatters on top.  (And a few snowflakes to boot!)  On the trees I used Lucky Clover with white paint on top when the watercolor was dry.  For the shaddow I added Lucky Clover wet on wet with Perfect Pearls mixed in. The striped stamp is from SSS with black VersaFine.

I was inspired by Sam at Sam's Scrap Candy.  She rocks! and she has an amazing amount of detail in her pieces!  Check her out here!

Season's Tweetings with Lawn Fawn

I made this card with the Winter Sparrows and Critters in the Arctic Lawn Fawn stamp sets.  The patterned paper is from a very old Amy Tangerine paper pack.  I coloured the images with Pro-Markers and added a sweater to the  moose with a Copic pen.  The background was done with distress ink.  I inked, then sprinkled water, let dry, inked again and sprinkled again.  I had a lot of fun with this one and I really like how it came out.  The gems add some sparkle.
Happy Fall y'all!  (Today's the day!)
