I created this technique using clear embossing to seal layers. Multi layers
can be seen. The clear embossing adds a special "vintage" feel to the paint
splatters.
Supplies: Heidi Swapp spray stencil, "joy" cameo cut,
Lawn Fawn Fancy Wavy Banner die, Neat and Tangled Yo Ho Ho stamp set, dollar store wood cut, Martha
Stewart black glitter, yellow and white acrylic paint, clear embossing
powder, GelWriter gel pen, Basic Grey patterned paper.
