2. Whisk 2 egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Gradually whisk in 1/2 c brown sugar and pinch of ground cinnamon until the mixture is stiff and glossy. Pipe small meringues on pan and bake 37 mins. Leave in oven to cool.
3. Halve, stone and peal peaches (if you want peaches). Sprinkle each half with sugar. Broil in oven for a few mins, just until them caramelize.
4. Serve immediately with whip cream.
